Balance household tasks without the nagging.

HomeOps is a lightweight task manager for families and roommates. It keeps daily routines visible, tracks who did what, and gently balances the next week’s assignments so the workload feels fair.

Effort-balanced planning, week by week.

How fair task balance works

Fairness is balancing effort over time — not counting tasks.

Step 1
🧩

Define tasks

Start from templates, then customize. Add chores, frequency, and who can do them.

Step 2
⚖️

Weight by effort

Mark tasks as light, medium, or heavy. A bathroom clean is heavier than taking out the trash.

Step 3
📆

Balance over time

HomeOps generates the week to balance total effort. If someone carried more effort this week, the next week compensates.

Equal task count can still mean unequal effort. Balance is about total load.

Preferences

If someone likes a heavier task, they can keep it — HomeOps accounts for that so balance stays fair.

Fair doesn’t mean equal. It means balanced.

Balance the workload

If someone completed more tasks last week, HomeOps suggests lighter assignments next week.

Low-friction checkoff

Complete, skip, or reassign with one tap. Keep the momentum going.

A simple, repeatable flow from planning to execution.

Fairness by design

HomeOps keeps a workload ledger. If someone completes more tasks in a given week, the system can recommend fewer or lighter tasks the next week. The goal is simple: transparency and balance without awkward conversations.

Private by default

Households are scoped to your account. Only invited members can see tasks and updates. No public feeds, no noise.
